Tour Anecdotes from Moscow to Siberia

The land of superlatives.

The world's largest manufacturer of dental products and technology, Dentsply Soria, is going on tour in the largest country in the world. That sounds like a challenge entirely to our liking.

It should be a training room with a hands-on area for training directly on the products. Everything is built into a specially developed semi-trailer with room extension for enough space. The particularly sensitive small dental devices must withstand extreme Russian conditions in year-round use.

Our vehicle developments are based on our practical experience. We drove our first projects all over Russia ourselves over 15 years ago. The project team from back then sat down together again and dedicated themselves to the new tasks. A superlative showroom was created. Many anecdotes from recent years were on the table. Russia is always good for an adventure. Wild climates and road conditions have often challenged our drivers and tour managers.

An example. When we approved the Olympic Fire carrier vehicle in Moscow for its tour through all of Russia, the roads on which the vehicle was to travel in just a few weeks had not even been completed at the other end of the huge country.

Project launches and tour successes were always duly celebrated, especially in Russia. One of our numerous projects was also supported by a renowned German agency. The agency boss himself did not miss the opportunity to be there in person at the kick-off. He certainly hasn't digested the party in the evening and the many culinary “surprises” to this day. But no later than the next day, when he trudged his thin patent-leather shoes through thick snow to catch his plane due to an absolute standstill in Moscow, he should have been awake again. With this in mind, we are looking forward to the next challenges — Sa Sdorówje!
